After a year and a half in Moncton, she joined the University of Ottawa, Ontario in 2014. The same year, at the age of 19, she was elected Miss Guinea Canada, succeeding Djumo Diallo.

In 2017, Saran Bah made an exchange at the Libre University of Brussels to complete his program. She eventually graduated with a bachelor's degree in business science from the University of Ottawa.
