Education

After a brilliant secondary education at St. Mary's High School in Conakry, Moustapha continued his education in the United States. The following year, he established a multimedia centre in Kindia-Ville dedicated to the introduction and strengthening of young people's skills in new information and communication technologies. Entrepreneur

In 2006, Moustapha Naïté founded MouNa Internet, which later became Mou Na Group Technology S.A., a service company specializing in telecommunications and computer technology. Today, this company is not only an Internet access provider, but also a consortium of cybercafés across Guinea, with one of the largest technology centres in Africa. MouNa Group Technology employs more than 100 people full-time and is regarded as one of the most promising and credible local enterprises in the field of NTIC services, contributing to the economic and social development of the country.

Political journey

After 2010, under the influence of Professor Alpha Condé, Moustapha Naïté was promoted to the forefront of the political scene as Deputy Communication Director of the Party of the People's Assembly of Guinea (RPG) and then spokesman for the RPG-Arc-en-ciel presidential movement for the 2013 parliamentary elections. He became the coordinator of the JeMap (Youth for the Presidential Majority Movement) and was appointed director of the Public Built Heritage.

Minister

Minister of Youth and Youth Employment

In January 2014, following the parliamentary elections, Moustapha Naïté was appointed Minister of Youth and Youth Employment, a position he held until May 2018. During his tenure, he was the initiator of many reforms and programmes related to youth issues, such as the National Youth Consultation of Guinea, the National Programme for Social and Economic Integration of Youth (PNISEJ) to combat illegal migration, the Entrepreneurial Projects "Live Your Business" (VISE) in the field of agriculture and "DEMARRAGE" for the support and financing of youth enterprises, the BoCEJ (Booster Skills for Youth Employability) with the World Bank, and the INTEGRA project with the European Union.

Minister of Public Works

Since May 2018, Moustapha Naïté has held the post of Minister of Public Works. One of its flagship projects is the "Littoral Route", Guinea's first toll highway, which will connect Conakry and Kindia via the Southern Corniche of Kaloum and the Kilometre 36. This $1.3 billion total cost infrastructure will be entirely supported by an innovative public-private partnership with a balanced financial balance and significant economic impact. The project aims to decongest the road traffic in the capital, Conakry. However, in January 2021, Moustapha Naïté was replaced by Kadiatou Émilie Diaby as Minister of Public Works.
